[z-machine] Small contribution to the ZMachine specs

It's doable to do a clean-room implementation based on the Z-machine
standard spec. I almost did that myself. I stole an idea about how to
handle dynamic memory from I think it was Frotz, but that's about it.
Didn't look much further into Frotz, since there wasn't much point in it.
