[z-machine] More questions.

Well, I still haven't gotten Zork0 to run correctly, but in the process of 
cleaning up and improving my code I stumbled on to an error in the 
Z-machine specification.

output_stream with strem #3 is documented as being available in version 5 
and later, but Bureaucracy is a version 4 game which uses it.
Anyone keeping track of "bugs" in the specification?

As for the suggestion to tell the system that I'm a PC, I still haven't 
fixed (or fully understood) the bug in Zork0 regarding the newline 
interrupt. However, trying to use Frotz results in the same problem. But 
maybe it's because I don't have the pictures around...
