Hi,

You may have seen this elsewhere, but here's draft 9 of the 1.1 proposal.

I've taken the sections of the 1.1 specification proposal that did not 
achieve consensus and removed them.  What remains are mostly 
clarifications, with the exception of buffer_screen (which can be 
implemented as a no-op and still meet spec),  true color, and transparency.

The previous version is still here in case something was removed that 
shouldn't have been.
