[z-machine] Ztools license, Z-machine tests

Hi.

For those not listening on raif, I'm working on a project to port the
Z-machine to Parrot (the new Perl 6 etc. engine).

First, can anyone confirm that Ztools is public domain? It's got no
LICENSE or COPYING file or license info in the .c files.

Second, does anyone have any Z-machine regression tests lying around?
I've gotten TerpEture, which tests the really hard stuff, and the
Nitfol tests, which tests a bunch of easy stuff, but I could use more.
(And my goal, you see, is to do the whole project without actually
writing any code, if possible.)

Any other porting advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
