[Feelies-Announce] A few small changes

Thanks to Gunther Schmidl's efforts, we've added a few new pieces to 
the site, including:

-- a news section, http://www.feelies.org/news.php, where you can check 
out what we've changed lately;

-- a links section, http://www.feelies.org/links.php, which links to 
feelies being sold elsewhere, virtual feelies such as pdf files, and 
scanned material from games that are no longer available.  Feel free to 
email us if you can think of anything we've left out -- we'd like to be 
as thorough as possible.
