About ordering: we use PayPal for payment of orders. We looked into some other options, but they all proved too expensive and unwieldy for us to offer. When you make your order, you will be taken to the PayPal site. If you do not already have an account, you will be given the chance to open one. This requires a credit card.

Second: some items may require a certain number of pre-orders before they can be printed. If this is the case, your order will be held until the pre-order requirement is reached, and then those orders will be shipped simultaneously. Items using this system will be marked to show what the minimum number of orders is and how many orders have been placed. If the minimum isn't met within a couple of months, the printing will be cancelled, and all money charged will be refunded. This system will only be applied to packages in which it is impossible to make small runs.

Third: some items may be offered with a downloadable component (usually as an alternative to getting a CD burned). If you order one of these, you will receive email to allow you to download that segment of your purchase.

Finally, about shipping: When you order, you should receive a confirmation email, which will indicate if you ordered anything due to be shipped after a known delay. You will receive a second email when your order actually ships. You should be aware, though, that shipping is on a cycle: all the orders are collected, fulfilled, and shipped every two weeks or so.
